FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:

IS200VSPAH1AAA is a Monitoring Assembly Board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark VI Series used in GE Speedtronic gas turbine control systems. This board can be used to control gas or steam turbine systems in industrial applications. It has a front faceplate that is attached and has two set screws. Once the board has been placed, this helps lock it into position within the rack. The faceplate includes two d-shell connectors for easy wiring connections between the board and other components, as well as three LED indicators for monitoring the board's status. Two backplane connectors on the other side of the board allow the board to be plugged into the rack.

• A Xilinx FPGA is located in the heart of the board (field-programmable gate array.) This FPGA is utilized as a storage site for A/D gain adjustments. The A/D gain allows for the amplification of low-level signals in analog to digital devices to improve resolution.
