Within the EX2100 system, the IS200ERIOH1A serves as an Exciter Regulator I/O board. In the EX2100 Regulator Control systems, the IS200ERIOH1A offers a system and customer I/O. (both simplex and redundant.) Depending on the type of system, the board is mounted in different locations. In simplex applications, for example, the board is mounted in ERBP. Three IS200ERIOH1A are required in redundant applications. These attach to the ERRB M2 and C, as well as the ERBP M1. The front faceplate of the IS200ERIOH1A is double wide and has various components affixed to it.
