FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
IS200EBACG2A is an Exciter Control Bridge AC Feedback Board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the EX2100e Series used in GE Excitation Control Systems. The voltage of the exciter PPT ac supply is measured by the EBAC board. Transformers allowing a three-phase voltage measuring are present on this board. In doing so, the control is able to time the SCRs' gating to the incoming ac line. The EAUX board distributes the voltage circuit outputs to the three controllers, M1, M2, and C. Depending on the power converter's nominal ac line voltage, two groups of the EBAC board are available. Group G1 is utilized for ac voltages between 701 and 1400 V, while group G2 has utilized for ac voltages up to 700 V.
