DS200TCQCG1AHD is an RST Analog Input/Output Expander Board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark V LM Series used in the Line of Microprocessor aero-derivative turbine Control Systems. The RST Analog IO Expander board (TCQC) scales and conditions additional analog signals from the I/O core terminal boards. It provides LVDT and LVDR excitation. IONET termination for
TCQC CONFIGURATION:
Hardware: The first 16 hardware jumpers on the TCQC board configure the servo output current range. Even-numbered jumpers control feedback scaling, while odd-numbered jumpers adjust the source output resistance. Jumpers 25 to 36 provide additional feedback scaling for servos one to four, allowing a maximum current range of ±240 mA. BJ17 configures the RS232 port for card testing, BJ21 enables the stall timer, and BJ22 activates the oscillator for factory tests. BJ23 and BJ24 are unused. BJ18 and BJ20 limit the P15 and N15 supply to proximity transducers. Jumpers JP38 and JP39 adjust the magnetic pickup gain for liquid fuel flow signals in certain applications.
