SPECIFICATIONS

Part Number: DS200QTBAG1B
Manufacturer: General Electric
Series: Mark V
Product type: Termination Module
Country of Manufacture: United States (USA)

DS200QTBAG1B is a termination module developed by GE under Mark V control system.

Features

  • The Termination Module (QTBA) is located in R1, R2, and R3 cores at location six. The signals used by the TCQC board are landed in the respective cores by the QTBA terminal board.
  • COREBUS connections are also available on the QTBA terminal boards. On the QTBA terminal board, the inputs for pulse rates and megawatt transducers are connected and written to the TCQC board. The TCQC board also connects the LVDT/R excitation and servo valve outputs to the QTBA terminal board. The QTBA terminal board also has Terminal Interface Monitor (TIMN) connections. The QTBA terminal board contains a bypass relay that allows the COREBUS to continue communicating even if power is lost.
  • As there is no voting for I/O inputs and outputs, redundant signals are not used. Signals with identical inputs and outputs would only be used in one of three locations, R1, R2, or R3.

Connections

  • JAI - Connection between JAI and COREBUS. A termination resistor should be installed if not used.
  • JAJ - Connection between JAJ and COREBUS. A termination resistor should be installed if not used.
  • JEE - Exchanges I/O signals with the corresponding STCA board for use by the COREBUS.
  • JGG - Writes mA input signals, pulse rate input signals, and megawatt transducer signals to/from the TCQC board in the respective core, and reads servo valve output signals.
  • JFF - In the respective core, writes the LVDT/R excitation signals and servo output signals to the TCQC board.
  • JRS - This function reads the RS232 monitor signals.
