A single electrically erasable, programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) socket is also present on the board. The analog/digital converter is a part that is integrated into the circuit board. The analog signals are transformed into a digital format. Throughout the drive, signal processing is done in digital format. There are numerous test spots on the board as well. Every test point has a unique ID. The IDs include CLK, ES, DV, DB, AN, FOG, and ACON, to name a few. A servicer can test several circuits on the board using the test points.
