- LED17 and LED23 turn on when relays RX1 through RX7 are activated.
531X307LTBAFG1 Input Specifications
The following requirements for input voltage and current apply to terminals IN1 through IN8:
- 4 -10 mA peak at 24- 230 V ac, 60 Hz (G1)
- 24- 250 V dc (G1 and G2): 4- 8 mA 115 230 V ac, 50 Hz (G1): 4 -10 mA peak
Procedure to Replace 531X307LTBAFG1
- Turn off the drive's power and let all the capacitors some time to drain. To make sure the power is off, test any electrical circuits before handling them.
- To reach the board, open the drive's cabinet door. (The LTB is normally found underneath the board rack of the drive.)
- Carefully detach all cables from the LTB board in the manner shown below:
- Take hold of the cable connectors on either side that mates with the board connector when using ribbon cables.
- then carefully remove the cable connector.
- Pull the tab slowly if there are pull tabs on the cords.
- To release wires that are fastened to terminals, remove the screw at the top of each terminal and take each wire out with care. (Be sure to name the wires to make reconnection easier.)
- Take out the four screws holding the LTB to the standoffs, then take out the board.
- Install the new board on the four standoffs using the four screws that were removed in step 4 and orient the new LTB in the same location as the one that was removed.
- Reattach all cables that were cut off in step 3, making sure that each connector is positioned correctly on both ends.
- Reconnect each individual wire that was cut off in step 3 (as indicated by labeling), making sure that each wire is securely fastened in the terminal.
