FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:

4136J57-G01 is a Dual Set-Point Board manufactured and designed by General Electric and is part of the Mark III Series used in gas turbine control systems. An operator-specified set point is compared to a measured parameter in a closed loop system known as a two-point controller, sometimes referred to as a Bang-Bang or On-off controller. If the measured parameter is not equal to the set point, an action is made in the form of turning something on or off. To enable Micro DPMs, counters, and remote displays control and alarm capabilities, there are two optional plug-in setpoint controller boards available:

• A board with two contact relays, each rated at 8 amps and 250 volts.
• A board with two 120 mA at 125 Vac or 250 mA at 150 Vdc Form A AC/DC solid state relays.
• For low levels of load and heavy-duty cycles, the solid-state version is advised.
