Functional Description

With the Machinery Protection System, three Power Supply versions are available- AC Power, High Voltage DC Power Supply, Low Voltage DC Power Supply

• Supply OK LED: Indicates that the power supply is operational.
• The Low Voltage dc Power Supply and the Low Voltage dc Power Supply Input Module are used in the Low Voltage dc option (PIM).
• When two power supplies are installed in a rack, the lower supply serves as the primary supply and the upper supply serves as the backup supply. As long as a second power supply is installed, removing or inserting either power supply module will not disrupt rack operation.
